I like working with all age groups, from young children to adults, because people are precious and deserve support through life issues. I want clients to feel comfortable as they work to understand and achieve their mental health and life goals.

I started working as a mental health practitioner with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Behaviorism. My chosen degree, Marriage and Family Therapy, speaks to my love of mutigenerational families and families with diversity issues. I offer compassion, empathy, and a gentle point of view.

I encourage anyone who thinks that they would like a mental health professional partnership, and who desires personal change, to reach out and schedule an appointment.

My educational background has prepared me to care for patients across their lifespan. I have had 15 years of experience as a registered nurse and have practiced as a ARNP in an outpatient mental health setting as a diagnostician and prescriber. I provide holistic interventions and individualized care for clients seeking treatment for a variety of conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD and PTSD. I serve youths 13 and up as well as adults challenged with mood disorders and executive functioning.
